I have had a consistently positive experience with Dr. Khan and Suki. Both are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive listeners who genuinely care about their patients. They provide outstanding care and support, always taking the time to address concerns thoroughly. Communication and follow-up are prompt and reassuring, which makes me feel valued, supported, and well cared for. I highly recommend their practice.
Doc Akram is a gem of a human being. I saw him for an appointment a week ago- I'm 26 and live an active lifestyle (3-4x workouts a week, minimum 10k steps daily, etc) and yet I felt terrible. Tensed up, stiff, coiled- and in pain to the point that I was hunching when I walked. I had severe pain between my shoulders, in my neck, my upper back and my lower back- and as a highly active young man, there is zero reason for that to be acceptable. After the FIRST session I had with Dr. Akram, all that pain was gone. There was a significant and immediate improvement in how I felt, AND my posture- i was sitting up straight with broad shoulders again as opposed to hunched forward and rigid. Again, that was after the FIRST session. My pain went from 7/10 to 1/10 at worst, and in the following days, I went to yoga classes and saw a drastic increase in my flexibility and range of motion- to the point that I had to begin incorporating a band into my stretches as I maxed out my normal ROM. I cannot recommend this enough- Doc maintains an evidence-based perspective and results-focused outlook, not one steeped in pseudoscience, and the changes I felt were realistic and led to tangible improvements in my quality of life. I now fully intend on seeing him at least once or twice a month to stay feeling this good, and his kindness & understanding went a long way in helping me with the strange guilt I felt for feeling this battered up despite my age and activity level. Extremely highly recommended.
It was a horrible experience i needed records and the the staff was totally not helpful at all , if some immunization and tests are done why don’t they keep a copy of records. Very unprofessional and un cooperative staff
I called the clinic to get the requisition for my routine blood-work, instead I was informed I need to book an appointment (only available one month from now) to get the paperwork. However, they mentioned results will be shared with me over the phone. It’s interesting to see the clinic wants you to come in for a piece of paper but actual health concerns will be discussed and assessed over the phone. Lol Definitely do not recommend. It’s not worth wasting your time or energy. I’m currently looking for a new family doctor thanks to their service!
Worst place ever they keep moving my appointment again and again and again. Please be careful they always do tht to fit others of Thier own I guess favouritism. The doctor is never available never. Worst experience and healthcare here so be aware and look for someone else.
I’m very lucky to have Dr. Maha Hadi as my family doctor. Staff at clinic is also very great. I wanted to see the doctor, filled one online form and someone from clinic called within half an hour and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Hadi. Upon receiving test results, doctor called and advised me that everything is good and also answered my questions. Highly recommended Dr. Maha Hadi for someone who is looking for a family doctor.
I've been here a handful amount of times & have always waited for more than an Hour. No respect for time and have even told I couldn't be seen by Dr. ZANDO as she wasn't taking anymore patients. Extremely Unprofessional and Unorganized!!! She reads her screen and still doesnt remember the reason you went in the last. This place needs to work on consistency and quality practice.
