Wow, sooo grateful for honest folk providing reviews at this location. I live nearby and was going to go for first time and use employer insurance. I will def be looking e elsewhere after reading these reviews. Yikes.
I arrived at 1pm for my massage with Judy. The receptionist was on the phone so I waited, Judy came to get me at 1:05. As we were walking back to the massage room she told me I had to pay a cancellation fee for a missed massage on Nov.30. I told her the email did not state anything about a cancellation fee and she brought me back to the front. Now reception is talking to a client who is paying her bill and Judy starts talking to this client as well. It is now 1:08 and I ask if we an take care of this after my massage and she said no that she wants to settle this first. So I ask if I am going to get a shortened massage today since it is now almost 1:15 and Judy tells me she is going to cancel today's massage as well at this point. When I asked why she told me to wait but reception was still busy so when she told me she was going to cancel my massage I left. I feel like this was very unprofessional of Judy to start chastising me about missing my appointment and to respect her time even though she was fully booked for the day. I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it was all ruined in one day. You have now lost a faithful client and I am never going to come back to massage addict now.
I’ve been seeing Judy for a few years and i would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with pain to a relaxing massage. Judy knows just what you need each time!
Very disappointing experience. Had second massage with Jennifer and the massages are not relaxing at all. Thought they would be beneficial. I've been having massages for over 20 years - this technique was the most uncomfortable. Actually felt worse after all the prodding, poking and pain.
I've had a few massages with Jennifer. She is the best RMT I've ever met. The perfect balance of relaxing self-care and therapeutic release of the knots in my shoulders. She solved my tendonitis in one, intense visit.
Go and see Jennifer(Jie) Z. I came in on a Friday with a stiff/locked neck. She gave me a great massage and stretches to help elevate the pain. Came back for a follow up appointment a few days later and I am back to normal. Great service.
I was able to get an appointment on the day of. Dennis Thomas was very friendly, polite and professional. I came in with pain and left feeling much better, the pain decreased as the day went on. Very happy with my experience. Would highly recommend.
