I had a very disappointing experience at this Ly massage and spa. The receptionist aunty was extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, her behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadows the rest of the experience. I hope the management seriously considers improving the front desk staff’s communication and attitude — first impressions are everything, and this one was truly unacceptable. Totally wastage of time .She doing argument on hidden charges
We recently had our first session at Ly Massage and Spa and the experience was great. Very professional and kind personnel, Bing and Bella explained all the process to us and ensured we got the best value for our section. I recommend this place, we are definitely coming back. Keep up the good work. Be aware that the parking lot is at the back of the building.
As always you feel good after a massage but I don't understand why most of these places don't give a foot massage during the session! The price for one hour is higher than what the insurance company pays too!
Adil No Frills is a typical No Frills. However, Adil's No Frills is quite spacious and the assortment of products is somehow wider than in other No Frills stores
Incredible services and atmosphere. I love trying new massage places and this one is definitely one of, if not the best. Prices are more than fair, service is top tier, and the environment is the cleanest I've been to. I recommend making an appointment in advance online as walk-ins are not always available. 5/5!
Beautiful location.. i work construction and lota lower back pains the pains we relieved and the tightness in my back and leg feel soo much mor relived...im going back as the attendet was also very helpful with my old motorcycle accident pains in my leg and new hip
