Monique is amazing! Not only is she an incredible RMT, but the whole experience at Kneading Massage is perfect from the Sage diffuser and the lovely music. She's thought of everything and makes you feel so comfortable during the massage. Highly recommend!

This was my first time seeing Monique. She has created a calm, relaxing environment for her practice. She was kind and polite, even though I arrived a bit late, and she was still able to accommodate my full 60min session. I had a full body swedish massage, and she did an excellent job working on my pain points,

Came in with shoulder and neck pain. Monique was great, she listened and was very attentive to my needs. The massage itself was very relieving and the atmosphere, very relaxing. I was very happy with my massage and will be back!
UPDATE 2025: Well, I’ve officially been going to her for two years and I never thought I would be someone who has a “Massage Therapist” (Like being a return client) But now, I don’t want anyone else giving me the care of massage therapy unless it’s Monique. She is now my husband’s therapist too and we are both just over the moon with her services. We are so lucky to have found someone as amazing as her. People like her are one in a million!! From the how many I walked in I was welcomed with a warm smile, and a happy hello. Monique was so pleasant and very attentive to my needs and my target areas. She was very welcoming and made me feel safe and calm in her presence. She was very informative and very clear on what she was doing, and the steps that would be taken for my time with her. when the massage started, she was very attentive to making sure that I like the pressure and the aroma and that I felt safe and comfortable. I had to stop myself from falling asleep multiple times because I felt so relaxed.
