Very dirty and small location, also the black lady works in the morning is very rude and unwelcoming.
This is a terrific laundromat. Even though I have only been there a few times and there have been long periods of time between visits, the staff still recognized me and greeted me like family asking about my wife and family. Prices are pretty good and if you go at the right times... on the right days... you can get all your loads done in one go. Lots of machines and large sizes helps. My go to place.
I usually do my laundry here because they have wash and fold services and I've ask for my dresses to be hanged instead of being folded so I don't have to iron them once they get home but twice now I've picked up my laundry and my dresses have been folded, is an extra charge that I don't mind paying, I've complain to the manager and she is blaming me for picking up my laundry late so they remove my clothes from the hangers and fold them, when I was clear about how I would like my laundry to be done . I pay in full for the service I want..... so I should get the service I want! I'm there twice a month and my bill is usually over a $100. I'm a flight attended and that's why I'm late to pick up my clothes. I'm very disappointed with the managers answer, she should have apologize and promise to do the service I want because I pay for it.
Really nice staff and well maintained place.. They have machines ranging from small to extra large so anything you need to wash you can surely do it here.. The machines are also very clean!! They have folding tables but some people just use them to place their things.. Some people forget their laundry so they take too long to empty the machines.. But you can always ask the staff and they know what to do specially if its very busy.. They have a vendo machine for snacks and laundry items..
