This Laundromat has seen better days, no washroom, no tv but instead they put a snack machine........how about fix your laundry machines first. The dryer I used didn't register my quarters. The only thing saving this review is the owner responded quickly by text message and e transferred me a refund. Some machines have been fitted with a debit tap payment system which worked better. All in all the place was clean, it got the job done. My next visit if the washroom is open and the machines fixed I'll give it 4 stars for now it's a generous 3 ?
How can you run a facility with no washroom in it to accommodate your clientele your customers machines are out of order You have to text in order to get an answer from someone there is nothing in the area to accommodate somebody if they have to go to the bathroom so where do we go to the bathroom there's no signage for that there's nothing there's no signs of saying that no washrooms are available
You must do better for the area and clients you serve. I have lived in this area for years and used this laundromat this entire time until this summer. The broken machines, never having change available, the lack of cleanliness got overwhelming so I went elsewhere. This morning I really needed a quick load done and decided not to drive the far distance to a different place. I was once again disappointed. I'm so sorry this is my last visit. The tidiness is not the issue now. It's about lack of care for product delivery. No need for a refund. Just please try to fix the issues with the machines instead of just raising prices

The washing machines and dryers are the best and vary in size giving you a choice to choose from depending upon the load of clothes you have to wash. The laundromat is generally always clean and is generally quiet, pleasant and peaceful. If you have any problems or questions, simply text the phone number provided on the notice and you will receive an answer shortly after. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. Location is always unclean and the change machine took $5 but gave no change, other guests witnessed this happen. Management never replied until repeated messages sent July 27, 2024 2 thumbs down after many years of usage and many mgmt changes Customer service is sketchy, no seats, supply machines empty and garbages overflowing, lots of unclaimed laund4y lies around and NO bathroom...what the heck? You pay a fortune to dry and the clothes are never dry?? SHAMEFUL business...just a cash grab with little competition in the area. I highly suggest seeking a more reputable location that cleans its establishment and gives value for the dollar by havi g WORKING machines...so many always out of service ughhhh
Location is easy to get to and decent parking but half of the machines are out of order. Coin machine is empty and the only assistance is through a number that does not reply back. No washroom to use and there are dirty clothes and gross toys piled on a dusty table. Only 2 laundry carts and if you forget your detergent go back home the soap dispenser to buy the packs of detergent does not work. Thankfully I was able to help this elderly couple from getting their money taken by the machines but be prepared for your change to be eaten!!!!!
There is no support or personnel on site. Most of the washers and dryers are in acceptable condition. One of the washers got stuck and I lost $2. Luckily the person on the support number was helpful and apologetic and asked for my email for e-transfer which was duly transferred. 2 stars for excellent customer service. The place could do with some clean up. I don't know if someone who got here before me caused a mess. Unfortunately this is the only laundromat in the area and is well utilized by the community.
