If ur black just know the subtle racism is very loud. I asked spend almost 50$ every time I go n once I asked the owner for 1 black bag she loads clean laundry, she said.50cents, because so many ppl asks. I was like "It's 1 bag not the entire pack "...she look me dead in face and said no she can't spare a plastic bag n I would have to buy-smh. No sympathy for the ppl of color. Awful. N that wasn't her 1st time.
Worse coin laundary to use ….very rude and unprofessional owner.My dryer wasn’t working properly and keeps showing error code, and she failed to take responsibility for that, quick to ask to get paid and fails to provide service…..never go there unless you want to waste your money
The worst coin laundry experience ever. Went over the weekend to do some laundry. Got 2 machines one washed the other one #27 didn't wash (there was water but wasn't spinning) told the lady in front, she got the technician. When I told him that it didn’t spin while washing, he started arguing with me and telling me it's washed. And he put it on rinse. Why wouldn't you listen? Just because I got a darker color than you? I got my laundry after taking it out was just wet and the way it was. No service, rude and ridiculous. Hope the 6$ is worth the review
My brother and me come here to do heavy laundry, Tony is so helpful to guide us with everything we need. Highly recommended to come here for a nice and clean laundry experience.
One of the best service received. Gentlemen was so helpful and helped me load machines, take out and load into dryer too! Folding service also provided for a large laundry load. I had to 18 loads alone and they were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
I was very dissapointed when I went to this laundry mat. In my opinion it was boiling hot in there with the door open and no air conditioning. They only had one machine for king size duvet and two machines for queen or double duvets. The floors looked worn and the space was really quite small for such a business. On top of that it was really expensive to use there machines. I will never go back there.
Love this place. I just wish they would fix all the broken machines. It's Sunday and I'm waiting 20+mins for a washer. Don't even want to know about the dryers!!
poor customer service very . RIP of two sheets of softener for one dollar. drayer 25 cent for 3 minutes in three minutes the drayer even does not even get hot. just big gang of rip offs the poor people.
