Avoid this place, misleading and dishonest service I was told the chain I purchased was 18k gold, but it turned out to be 14k. On top of that, I gave them three separate charms to melt and remake into a single custom piece, and what I got back was less than half the height and size I expected. This isn’t just bad customer service, it feels deceptive and wrong. Be very cautious!!!
Horrible place. I went to get my wedding ring resized and he completely ruined it. They charged me to add extra gold, but instead stretched it out and made the shank thinner. He refused to listen to my concerns and a few months later my ring warped. I went back and he was still stubborn and refused to take accountability. Extremely disappointed. Honestly, go to Lorne Park Jewellers instead.
today i went there with my daughter my chain was broken and they lady who helped me she was very kind she took my necklace and after 2 min it was done what a service thank you so much any one wants a promising service come here they are very good at what they are doing thank you again
Came in a while ago, asked to see a few pieces, but they refused to show me any outside of the case, and when I asked if that had chains, they said no, weird for a jewelry store to not. Went to the other jewelry store nearby and found what I needed. Weird place, seems like they only want certain customers.
I have been coming to this store for over 20 years. I have purchased necklaces, earrings and even my wedding bands, as well as repairing and cleaning my jewellery. The family is wonderful and the prices are outstanding compared to other jewellery stores.
Great overall jeweler. For reference, I got my oval 1ct diamond engagement ring in 18k yellow gold setting shown in the photo. It’s even more beautiful in person and I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it ? Emil showed my partner different loose diamonds as well as the different settings during the making process. He is an experienced craftsman that is very knowledgeable. If you’re looking to create your (or your partner’s) perfect ring, come see Emil! He went above and beyond making sure the ring was perfect to my liking when I needed to size down and shave down the knife cut edge (see photos for the difference). Also, another reason you should come to Emil’s: his family is such a pleasure to work with. They’re very nice and want to help you the best they can. I absolutely enjoyed the experience here.
