I called this store to ask about a watch in stock. The man who answered the phone did not even acknowledge the store name I was calling. I thought I called the wrong place. He was very rude and told me to call back. Very unprofessional and I would never spend my money here. First impressions mean everything.
I have been going to Ashoka Jewellers for ages and have always been super happy with their behaviour .Recently I visit Arnik jewellers just to get a small job done because it’s very close to my home … but I must say it would my last and first visit .They need to learn how to behave with customers esp in this country . Very rude behaviour for no reason

So unprofessional ,Google shows open but shop was closed actually,and after two days of we called they said yes you guys can come we are open till 5 PM .We reached at 3.24 PM all the way from Brampton and answer was we are closed we have some work so come another day.??
I recently brought in a new watch I received as a gift and asked the “watch expert/jeweller” if the metal around the watch face could be polished. He told me he’d do it for $20 and I could pick it up the next day. Surprisingly, when I came to pick it up the silver plating around the watch face was destroyed and the only compensation or customer service I was met with was excuses. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and competence of a so called “professional”.
I bought gold bracelets for my toddler from here less than a year ago. The manufacturing quality is so poor that it cracked from regular wear and they could not repair it although it is still under warranty. This fool not only refused to replace with a different set, he tried to buy them back with a ridiculously lowball offer at the same time making it seem like he's doing me a favour!! Save your money and go somewhere else!
Be cautious. Went to the store as I was interested in a white gold necklace. After I entered i noticed none of the staff were wearing protective or face masks. Decided not to look around further; they may be in violation of current city and provincial by-laws.
