Facility looks fairly new (paint, nets, etc) & staff are friendly. - 5 batting cages for Baseball, Softball or Cricket. -Cricket Equipment at their shop - Washrooms - parking in the front and in the back. - If there is no parking left, the warehouse beside them is an unofficial area to park. Park at own risk
Very congested lanes and congested lobby. There is no place to properly out your kit bags before going in the lanes. Ball often hit you from other lanes. Very dangerous. Unprofessional staff and very dubious in deposits. There are far, far better facilities available outside. Don't waste your money and time on this facility.
Worst ever experience this year in all fields worst nets for practice not safe at all for batting side-by-side always risk of getting hit by the ball because of poor nets, lights are very bad and uneven bouncing mats ….Professional player and team don’t go there and waste your money and time… Most important thing don’t ever give your deposit to them in advance they will eat you deposit anytime after giving you bullshit reason..
The worst facility in the entire GTA Customer service is very poor, limited space , very high prices for very low quality service. Wouldn’t recommend coming here
Our goto partner for our cricket club's needs! The facility is in a very good shape and Jinesh does a great job of coordinating weekly schedules and accomodating any last minute requests. We have been working with True North for over 12 months now and only have positive experiences to share!
I recently visited the True North Indoor Facility and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The facility is immaculately clean, which made playing both cricket and softball so much more enjoyable. The playing surfaces were well-maintained, and the equipment was in excellent condition. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch sports facility! They have both bowling machine cricket and baseball.
Best lighting. Great pitches ,Great people . Canadian ex player AJ Minhas is co owner also assures that facility with be kept at the best standards. They also have ARSAK cricket ? equipment ( hard ball and tape ball) available at great prices.
