Another great birthday experience at Mighty Jungle. Our daughter and her friends had the best time playing. Facility is always clean. Toys and equipment are in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed it. Love having the entire place to ourselves. Easy to book, good communication, price is comparable and appropriate given that you get the entire facility. Would recommend!
The place is good for single parties. There are only kids who have been invited to your party unlike a bigger venue like Jumbaloo where there are so many kids and it's hard to keep track of the little ones especially as they go up.. So it's good in that way. But the place is old. The play mats on the floor are bumpy and I saw my own children and many others fall down many times and when asked the staff just said that it's the carpet. It's a safety risk for kids who are running and fall down easily. I wish I had taken photos to post. The place isn't well lit and not too enticing. With a bit of care the place can be better.
It looks pretty from the pictures but when entering you can smell how dirty it is. You can tell how dirty the place is theirs cobwebs everywhere and the piles of dust that you can see is disgusting. Will not be retuning
We come here often ( at least once a month) and even hosted my son’s 3rd birthday party here ( November 2024). The prices are affordable , staff is friendly and the place ia always clean. There’s never too many kids so you don’t feel crowded. Although a kids play place , as a parent it feels stress free, knowing that it’s well kept and safe.My son loves it here. Would recommend.
We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at this play place, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive—making the whole process smooth and stress-free. From setup to cleanup, they were always available and eager to assist with anything we needed. The facility itself is well-maintained, which was very reassuring. It’s also surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for kids to play and for parents to comfortably walk around and mingle without feeling cramped. Our daughter had the best time celebrating with her friends—the play areas were engaging and fun, and everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to throw a fun, hassle-free, and well-run kids' party!
This place is so dirty! We made a last minute trip here since our usual place was closed today. I had high hopes, this place has a cool concept but was visually dirty and not well maintained and had big gaps that legs/arms can get easily stuck in.
Hosted a birthday party this past weekend for my 4 year old. Would highly recommend as this place is very clean. The staff is so friendly and most importantly super helpful. We had the pleasure of having Dana and Victoria supporting our party, they were both so wonderful, they took care of everything for us, set up of the food and decor. They also helped with the take down! Such amazing service here. Makes throwing a party so easy.
