Went there for cousins kids bday party. Place is nice and clean in general. Only 1 party at a time which makes it nice, you can let your kids roam free. The only thing that I didn't like was the washrooms smelled like urine, they were not properly cleaned in my opinion.
We booked Sharkville for my daughter’s birthday and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. Having the entire play centre to ourselves made the day extra special, and the staff were fantastic—helping with both setup and cleanup, which made everything stress-free. The play centre itself was spotless, well laid out, and perfect for kids of all ages. Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time! Highly recommend Sharkville for parties.
⸻ I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I have to. We had a birthday party planned for our son tomorrow. Unfortunately, just yesterday, we were informed that 3 out of the 6 invited kids won’t be able to attend-leaving only 3 children, including the birthday boy himself. We are aware of the policy that the deposit is non-refundable and it’s quite a large deposit. Still, we kindly asked if we could reschedule the party for another day. We also offered to still come tomorrow (since it is his actual birthday) and just pay for each child as a regular play day, or alternatively, to apply the $100 deposit toward tomorrow’s play time for the kids. The staff/management/owner were completely unwilling to work with us or offer any solution. It’s very clear that for them, it’s all just about the money. There was absolutely no effort to meet us halfway, even though the request was reasonable. We visit many play centers, and this is the first time we’ve been treated this way. This will definitely be our first and last visit here. The party hasn’t even happened yet, but they’ve already left a very bad impression. This low rating is specifically due to their complete unwillingness to have a reasonable discussion or work toward a fair solution. I will be writing a follow-up review after the party to share how the actual experience went.
Had an amazing time at Sharkiville. The facility is clean and the lady working that day was helpful. She offered to help us unpack and set up and answered any of our questions. Booking was an easy process, communication with the staff was effortless! Would recommend this place for a private party!
Sharkville is an amazing indoor playground! Super clean, safe, and fun for kids. We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party and everything was wonderful.The staff are friendly, and there’s a great seating area for parents. Highly recommend for playdates or parties — we’ll definitely be back!
Had my son's birthday party here. We love that it's private! Space for seating /food etc is really great - especially if you have a lot of adults in attendance. Play space is a lot of fun for the kids too
I had a visit few days before with my daughter and her friends. It was so good. My daughter enjoyed a lot. The receptionist Tanisha was so good and kind . Definitely worth a visit.
