This place is well run, bright, and has super friendly staff who are kind, courteous, and dedicated. I also know others who've been bringing their kids here since the place opened, and they return again and again because of the great customer service and fun environment. Believe all the great reviews - this place is a GTA gem.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, bright, and well-organized this indoor play area was. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure our children felt welcome — they clearly take safety seriously. What we loved: 1. Variety of Play Zones There’s something for every age: a soft-play section for toddlers, a challenging climbing frame for older kids. The multi-level structures kept my older child engaged, while the toddler area was perfectly safe and fun. 2. Impeccable Cleanliness The place is clearly on top of its cleaning game, from the toilets to the structures. This is the cleanest play area we have been to. 3. Friendly, Attentive Staff The employees were always monitoring, but not hovering — they checked for any unsafe behavior, helped kids when needed, and made sure everyone was playing respectfully. This kind of supervision is so important in a busy play space. 4. Comfortable Parent Area While my kids ran around, I was able to sit and still keep an eye on them. The layout made it easy to observe without following them every step. 5. Great for Events / Parties They offer a spacious party room, which is nicely decorated and separate from the main play area. It’s ideal for birthday parties or group get-togethers. I will be definitely booking my daughter’s birthday here in the near future. This indoor play area is one of the best we’ve visited. It’s well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and staffed by people who really care about kids’ safety and fun. My children left happy, tired, and already talking about when they can come back. I highly recommend this place for parents who want a clean, safe, and joyful environment for their children to burn off energy — and to have a relaxing moment themselves.

Kids had a great time, but the play cage felt too small to accommodate three parties at once, and certain parts of the play area were quite dark. I would also recommend installing a camera by the back doors for safety. The food was okay, but there was a noticeable shortage for our party size, and we had to request more. The coffee was watered down as well. In terms of working with the venue, the staff were difficult about allowing us to use our own supplies and set up our own backdrop, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, I don’t think we would book another one of our kids’ birthday parties here or recommend this place to anyone.
We had a wonderful time ! 2 hour time slot was reserved by a friend of ours and my kid had a blast. I was very impressed that everything is padded, lots and lots of play areas, ball pit, 5+ slides / double slides. A little track all around the play area. Seating for parents. Clean clean bathrooms with toddler potty inserts, shoes to wear for the bathrooms is so nice for us to have. The cafe was great for snacks and free samples. Thank you for announcing when the time was coming up so my kid didn't have any tantrum leaving. Very cute decor and thank goodness no kids music was playing it was actually adult friendly too.
This play place is very cool! The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming upon entry. The place is clean and maintained, with lots of fun things to explore inside the playscape. My son had a ton of fun here, we were there for 3 hours. My only concern is you are not allowed to bring in your own food or snacks for your child. They recommend you use their 'cafe' that offers pizza, fries, muffins etc. If you're someone like me who enjoys feeding your child with natural foods and fruits that are organic and health based, then it's really difficult to enjoy 3 hours worth of play and not have access to have any substance as fuel for energy. That is my only complaint. Perhaps offering a separate section where kids can enjoy a healthier food option, or offering more in your repertoire at the cafe would be ideal. Overall, fun place to try once.
