Terrible service. I doubt the reviews are legit. I called to ask a basic question about a product measurement. The guy who answer is completely uninterested in helping and says "I don't know, check the website" meanwhile im calling because there is no information on the website for the product im inquiring about. Attitude was uprofessional, rude and unprovoked. Only thing they accomplished was losing my business and future referrals.
I truly enjoyed my experience shopping here. I was met by friendly people and the prices are excellent. If you are looking for hardware items for your home such as kitchen items etc. This is the place to go.
TERRIBLE , this guy Edward haven't any customer service appreciation for people coming to their showroom , he refuse to provide prices of the items displaying here , very bad attitude told me to check prices in their website even when i try to get a help for things that i need to buy he was very rude , MAKE yourself a favour and choose another supplier
