Just took delivery of the handles and knobs for my new kitchen and when I went to install them the screws for the drawers were too short, thinking it was an oversight I contacted them and was told I needed to purchase them. Longer screws for drawers is a standard and having to buy extra screws at an extra cost is not right. I got no satisfaction from from their customer support service.
I recently had a problem with my garbage/recycling centre where the slide was not working properly. I left a message with customer service and John Bridge promptly returned my call and arranged to have a new slide sent to me. John was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional, I wish other companies would have employees like John it was a pleasure dealing with him.

This review is regarding the event that happened on June 6 2024.You guys invited a lot of people but didn't arranged proper food.There were a lot of vegetarian people, but didn't provide food options for them.There was only mushroom burger in veg.Don't you know that mushroom is very common allergen in Canada!!!!Next time please arrange more food options for vegetarians. And there was a guy named "Tony" he didn't know how to talk to the customers. Very pathetic customer service.Hope you will improve.
It is staggering the amount of orders they can mix up and get entirely wrong. An entire order of left drawer slides? Yeah that makes sense. Oh you want Movento? Ok I’ll give you some of those and also some of an entirely different slide (legrabox) which are an entirely different colour as well. Incompetence all around.
The staff likes to chat amongst each other instead of paying attention to my order. Terrible service. making you wait for an hour to find out they haven't even sent the order to the back yet because they are so distracted socializing. .
I went there to buy 2 drawer slides which I forgot to take from our shop. They wanted to sell $22 Richelieu 18” slide for $41 !!!! And minimun order of 10 I could see the screen and the price was 22$ on his computer but the young guy told me thats not the price and the price is $41 !!!! $200 more for 2 slides that I forgot to bring! And he was also so rude and unfriendly.
Truly amazing. The only place I've come in contact with that not one employee has a shred of intelligence. I wish I could give them a second negative review, but I can only edit this one. Called customer service only to get bounced around on the phone through 7 people who all tell me I'm in the wrong place, and then I get to a voicemail... JUST TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I call back and speak with someone at the store, and they say my order is being shipped out to my shop. Which I explicitly did not want because it takes longer than a pickup, and I did not select this method of delivery. I call back a third time and someone else tells me that it's ready for pickup in the warehouse like I had wanted.... I stand by my first statement... Not a single shred of intelligence anywhere.
Prepare to wait minimum 15 mins for any sized order.
Personally, I have only ever had good service at Richelieu. Its a very busy place and the staff serve a lot of people. I have never experienced rude or bad service here at all. The service isnt what I would call overly friendly...but it is pointed...direct and reasonably quick and efficient. When I order on line I get my order delivered fast. When I go to the warehouse the service is quick too.
Drove 60 minutes in airport traffic trying to find a specific hinge for cabinets and got little to no help. Couldn't even find the Richelieu in Saskatoon, if it even exists there. The website and reviews made it sound like the place to go.
I bought makita cordless router on sale $199 and next day found on Amazon. Ca $169.99 then tried to return but they are charging $30 return fee at least they supposed to match market price. They claim biggest hardware store in north America they should have better prices than what people selling outside.
