First time in Complete Equipment and I’m so happy I was referred to this company by Dewalt staff. What an incredible store, I walked in and was greeted by a lovely young lady who was knowledgeable and helpful. I was bringing my dewalt table saw in for a repair as I was let down by another repair company in Hamilton. I’m from Hamilton and the 45 minute drive was absolutely worth it!! I also walked out with a gas leaf blower refurbished (I think that’s the word) AND a professional gas trimmer!! The prices were incredible A family run company and Bob was so helpful and kind!!! When I say family run it’s family run and you feel like you are an important family friend! I would 100% recommend this company/business Thanks and so wonderful to meet everyone!!

This place is a hidden gem for construction contractors to buy tools. My 20v DeWalt circular saw is not keeping up to slice 2 Inch solid wood and I immediately needed more Torquay circular saw and got corded metabo circular saw at unbeatable price. Big thank you for the whole team.
