Prima makes some very nice products and it's great to shop Canadian. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service though. I ordered several vent registers that came with matching screws. Unfortunately, 1 set didn't have the screws in the box. I contacted them for support and the solution given was to paint some drywall screws with a marker. Other than that, the vents look and function great installed. They were a much nicer looking alternative to other wall/ceiling vent registers I could find.
"Taymor Modern Style Door Knocker in satin nickel". The shape and style is nice, but this item is of poor quality and is NOT satin nickel, it's just painted a silver/gray color. It definitely does not match or look like any satin nickel door handle out there. Also, this item took almost a month to be delivered with no notification that it was on backorder. I had to call this company to find out.
Ordered 5 Prima VR109 floor registers in satin aluminum finish to replace the original ones; they arrived within 2 days. They are well-made, strong and look great on our natural maple floors. Contrary to reviews I have read elsewhere, you cannot stub your toe on the lever that opens and closes the damper flaps; it is almost flush with the surface, protruding no more than a couple of millimetres. Overall, a superb design. After a year of use, they still look brand-new showing no sign of wear.
Excellent quality of products at the best price I can get ever. I bought all of my door handles and vents from them and the quality is just excellent. I ould highly recommend this place to everyone.

Rishi and Upender at Prima Home Hardware did an amazing job with a custom hardware order for my home. They were able to fabricate pulls to mimic a style I found in a photo and match the finish color exactly. They also ordered me additional pulls and were able to finish all the items so they matched. Their prices are fair and they were able to expedite my custom order to fit my projects tight timelines. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely use them again for future projects.
