I’ve been going to Aerial 52 for almost three years now so a review is only just slightly overdue ?? For context: I HATED working out at the gym. I had zero confidence navigating fitness spaces and was always super shy and self-conscious about my body and my lack of strength. I dabbled in pole as a student and loved it, so when I finally settled down in Mississauga and became more financially stable, I immediately went searching for a studio and I am SO SO thankful to have found Aerial 52. This place is the most WELCOMING, inclusive, non-judgmental studio with the loveliest staff you could ever imagine. When I first started, I could barely look at myself in the mirror. I was embarrassed, shy, and convinced everyone else would be stronger or braver than me. But the instructors hype you up SO naturally, they meet you exactly where you’re at, celebrate every tiny win, and always have progressions ready no matter what level you’re working from. This has remained true for EVERY single class for three years. Now I’m doing tricks I NEVER thought were possible for me. Beyond the physical strength, I’ve become more confident in my personality, something I genuinely didn’t expect. And I’ve made the loveliest, most supportive friends through this space. The community here is honestly something special. And I’m sure a lot of women can relate: fitness spaces can be hard to navigate. There’s so much misinformation, comparison, and toxicity out there. But this studio has always been a safe haven from that. It’s all the positives of girlhood in one place. I’m generally a quiet, observant person and in all my time here, I have never seen any cattiness, pettiness, or toxicity — just encouragement, joy, and people minding their own growth. The intro classes are SO fun, the vibes are immaculate, the studio is clean and aesthetic, and the high ceilings + tall poles are soooo nice to practice on. There’s so much body diversity, and classes for every level. If you’ve ever been intimidated by gyms, nervous about trying something new, or worried you “won’t be strong enough,” go to Aerial 52. It is the most uplifting, confidence-boosting space, and it has changed the way I see myself

I love it here! I started dancing at the studio last June and have been hooked since. The stuff is so friendly and the vibes are always so positive. It always great going to the studio after a long day at work :)

I’ve been coming here for the last two years and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. When I first started I was super nervous but extremely excited to start. The instructors were extremely helpful and took time to give me variations that would help with my skill level at the time. As time went on and I began attending classes regularly (3-4x a week), I could feel the instructors cheering me on with every class, recognizing the work that I was putting in. As I became more comfortable in the studio, I started making friends with everyone and we have become very close. I love my pole family and I love Aerial fifty two. It’s truly become my happy place, and I’m sure a lot of others can say the same. you can tell they foster a safe learning environment with women empowerment at the forefront. I’ve had my birthday party here and invited friends to intro classes where they all agreed that the studio and instructors are lovely. I would recommend this studio to anyone!

the best pole studio ever! been going here for almost a year and this place truly became my happy place! staff and instructors are amazing and super attentive, make you feel welcomed and cherished. they help you to grow and cheer on your every win! great policy and wide variety of classes too! always recommend it to anyone, if you’re only starting out or an experienced poler!

Such a good vibe here! This place is super clean, spacious, and the instructors are talented! Im really looking forward to take classes here all summer long!

A52 is seriously the best! The vibes are always amazing, the studio is gorgeous, and the tall poles are perfect for leveling up your tricks. Super inclusive space with the most supportive group of girls and incredible instructors who make you feel strong and confident. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I've been attending classes here for over six months, and it's been one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. Each instructor brings their own unique style and energy to class, which keeps things fresh and exciting every time. Whether you're looking for grace, strength or artistry, you’ll find a wide range of approaches to pole that challenge and inspire. The instructors have taken the time to get to know me, offering the right amount of push to help me grow. The balance of support and challenge has kept me engaged both physically and mentally. I’ve tried many fitness routines over the years, but this is the first time I’ve felt truly connected to both the practice and the community.
