I had a good experience getting a custom sweater done for my sister in law for Christmas. The employee was helpful and my order was completed fairly quickly.
Band logo was printed crooked on top of stomach instead of being appropriately centred on chest. Went back hoping they could re-do the print for me without charge but I was unpleasantly mistaken. Absolute poor communication from this printer from the get go. Whatever happened to common sense? Since when are band logos printed on the stomach of a shirt? When I asked to speak to a manager he said there wasn’t one? Avoid like the plague!!!
