I had one of the worst experiences ever dealing with Printful’s customer service chat. I had a specific design where the actual print came out very different from the mockup Printful showed me. When I raised this, the agent told me that the mockups are run by a third-party company, not even Printful, and even said: “It won’t be possible to get the mockup to look closer to the outcome.” Not identical, but not even close! Basically, she admitted that the mockups are essentially worthless. I wasn’t expecting an identical or even 90% match, since any reasonable person understands there will be some difference between a mockup and the final print. But in this case, the print was nowhere near the mockup, and selling it would destroy my store’s reputation. Instead of helping, the agent just kept sending me links and clearly wanted to close the conversation as quickly as possible. I’m attaching a screenshot of Printful’s own customer service admitting that mockups are sometimes not even "close" to the print you will receive, which is extremely concerning.
so today i received the sample tshirt design that i made upon checking the quality of print all in all are good every detail the i want are in place. for the color output it's all good too no complain.? as for everyone who's doing the print on demand when it comes to designing there's a lot of ways to enhance your design, first that you shout be aware is the image that you download from the internet to put in your design make sure that it's a good quality image, second when you are designing make sure that you use the 300dpi, third if you want your design to enhance use the CMYK mode first to make some adjustment on the colors before converting it to sRGB. When you are in CMYK mode it mean you already see the output of your print design so you have time to manipulate and adjust everything to make sure for the quality. ohhh also i'm soon to open my second website for print on demand and make more design that every people loves base on their personality, moods and likes in terms of fashion??that's all

In the past month alone, I have been compelled to contact Printful support on three to five occasions regarding orders that failed to sync automatically. This is not only time-consuming but also undermines the efficiency and reliability that I expect from a professional POD service. Furthermore, the lack of timely responses and occasional disregard from Printful support has added to my frustration. As someone who takes their business seriously, these issues are not only impacting my workflow but also tarnishing the reputation of my brand. I have repeatedly reached out to Printful for assistance, but unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. It is disheartening to feel ignored and left without a solution to recurring problems that have a direct and detrimental impact on my business. Considering the critical nature of syncing issues and their potential consequences on my Amazon account, I am left with no choice but to explore alternative POD providers. I believe it is crucial for a business to have a reliable and responsive partner, and unfortunately, Printful has failed to meet these expectations. I hope that by sharing my experience, Printful can recognize the urgency of addressing these persistent issues and improving their support services. The success of my business relies on the efficiency and reliability of the services I choose, and as it stands, Printful has fallen short of delivering on these essential aspects.
Printful is an amazing service. The print quality is amazing and the fulfillment is fast. They offer Canada Post and Rivo for courier, which makes it really easy to ship products to my customers. The shipping times are excellent and I can get my products to my customers in Toronto in one to two business days! I use Printful for all my custom printing needs because they have such a wide variety of products available. They have great customer service too! I love working with a company that is operated right here in the GTA, plus they offer worldwide fulfillment centres as well! I highly recommend Printful if you want quality prints at competitive prices with fast shipping times!

The website can filter items by availability in Canada which allowed me to pick custom hats which arrived so quickly. Great way to support a local branch. Great service, and fast as hell! ? Placed my order on Tuesday night for custom embroidered caps (4 of them), the caps were in my mailbox on Friday of the same week! The caps are standard Yupoong, but the embroidery is custom-made, quality. The website made it really easy to upload my design and place it on the cap, super user-friendly, even on mobile.
