If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid 6ix Print Custom, in full, for an order of two shirts and logos to be printed on the back. 6ix Print Custom confirmed and received the money, but they failed to deliver on the agreed date. After back and forths, we agreed on a refund but my money was never sent. I made this order on June 26th 2025 and till today, 11th August 2025, I have not received my refund. Despite multiple polite follow-ups via SMS & Emails, they have refused to process a refund. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is alarming. Until they refund my money, I hope this post will ensure others are warned about their business practices. I have full evidence of our communication and will not hesitate to share it here if they attempt to deny these facts. Customers deserve honesty and respect, unfortunately, my experience with this company has shown me neither.

Service - top notch. I had sent over a file for print, and Mickey (pronounced "Mikey") had caught an error I made before it went to print. Lifesaver. And that was because I had brought in my own shirt (because...FIT). So...the first time had to be perfect. Quick. Easy. Simple. Good vibe. Definitely will be back again for any print needs. Bulk prints also obviously.
