I’ve been a loyal customer of this print shop for about 5 years, and although the customer service was always decent, they got the job done when needed. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The quality of their work has noticeably declined, especially in the last two projects. One of my shirts had the print peeling off before I even got the chance to wear it, and they took longer than expected, delaying my marketing plans. Additionally, they didn’t communicate that they were going away for a week, which put our project on hold. When the job was finally completed, the colors were wrong. While they did offer a 50% discount on the project only after a bunch of back and forth emails, I’m still left with shirts that aren’t right, costing me time and money. After years of being a loyal customer, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
Staff was very friendly. Charging normal market prices. Quick turn around. Only issue I have is the quality of the shirts aren't as good. I ordered 3 white shirts with custom lettering. The white shirts are very see through. 1/5 for quality of shirt 4/5 customer service 4/5 turn around time
My experience was awful. When I went to pick up my order the staff member said I dont see yr order. I stand of saying we will look up yr email she said was it this store and then asked if I made a payment.I said no the person I was speaking with didn't communicate I had to make a payment she found my account and she was making excuses for her husband lack of responsibility. I appreciated her printing my tshirt however I drove a long distance only to drive back home to wait they where done in 3 hours.The customer service I recieved was not good . Another customer was in the store waiting and he said he was going to have a cigarette the owner helping mr made a sarcastic comment saying please do and they both laughed which made me feel small and that I was bothering her she noticed I was quite and the she apologized after she finished taking my money.I will never use this location again.
Naren at Instant Imprints took my order and he was awesome! I ordered a sign for my small business and I was not disappointed. From customer service to the actual product was excellent. Definitely would recommend and use them again.
