Thanks to Javeria & Camille for helping me source some items that were sold out at their store! I didn’t have to go very far. This completed my Xmas shopping list!
I just went to Purdys Erin Mills branch n asked for a cup to have cream bar to go ...the server gave me a lecture how the extra cups cost so much n charged me too though just a week ago another server gave me that bar in a cup with smile..soo disappointed ..I feel scammed
Absolutely awful ice cream. We have been coming to Purdys for years but something is definitely wrong. Their quality has come down and the prices increased. We bought two cones and it came to $15!!! The worst part was the cheap chocolates used in the mint chocolate. It used to be real chocolate chips which has now been replaced by fake chocolate. Your customers can taste the difference. Also deceptive pricing, they don’t advertise their prices. They upsell you to cones asking the kids without asking the parents. We did not appreciate this and We won’t be back!
Found this charming little chocolate shop tucked inside Erin Mills Town Centre and I'm so glad I stopped by! I tried their ice cream chocolate fudge and espresso flavors - both were absolutely delicious with rich, authentic tastes that really hit the spot. The staff was polite and welcoming, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the space was. It's clear they take pride in both their products and presentation. Perfect spot for a sweet treat while shopping at the mall. Definitely planning to return to try more of their offerings. Highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth visiting Erin Mills.
I had a disappointing experience with the staff. Her name is ( Gazlah ) I guess.The employee I interacted with provided poor customer service and showed a bad attitude throughout the interaction. Definitely not what I expected."
Careful with this one. Went here boxing day, Asked if toppings were free on ice cream to wedjan, and the she said yes. Then she charged us extra for toppings!! When we asked why, she said the FIRST one was only free. She never said that while we were ordering. Also, the portion size was small for 2 scoops. I didnt cause a scene for 2 dollars, but holy smokes this brand is going downhill. Never coming back
I am a regular visitor with my kids to this location but on Friday June 16th I went with my kids (it was about to close) ... I think they were rushing to close the store. The ice cream scoop I received was much smaller. While handing over to my little daughter, a piece of ice cream fell from one side but the Sales lady was not concerned.... ignored and hand over it to my daughter. Please make sure to keep your customers happy. You will not survive otherwise.
