The lady working today was absolutely rude and unwilling to listen when she charged incorrect amount.Does not understand how to give 25 percent discount. The amount of ice cream for one scoop was also less than it should be Cheating customers.Do not go there
ZERO STARS for aggressive behavior by the old lady served us yesterday. She was so rude and out of control for no obvious reason. I went there a few times before and never had a problem, but this lady gave us the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. What is really disappointing is that many reviews expressed the same issue with this lady which means it is an old complaint, and yet she still working there with the same rude and aggressive attitude. DEFINITELY, I WON'T GO THERE AGAIN.
$9 for a waffle cone and they barely fill it. Tasted pretty good just not as good quality as I remember and too many chocolate chips and not enough dough in the chocolate chip cookie dough. And the amount of icecream is so little compared to ratio of chocolate. They need to review quality if they want to stay in business. Kawartha and baskin Robbins are way better and give double to triple amount in a waffle cone.
Amazing customer service from Kim today! She was kind, patient, and such a pleasure to deal with. She suggested a perfect sugar-free option for my diabetic family member, paid close attention to detail, even removed the price, and wrapped it beautifully in a gift bag. Such thoughtfulness! I’ll definitely be coming back just to see her again. Thank you for the exceptional service!
Had a super kid (which is always amazing) but had the most pleasant experience buying ice cream since my very first taste of super kid back in 80's!!! Thank You Aqila for making such a difference and putting a smile on my face!!! Best customer service I've ever received. A gem to the entire mall!! ♦️
My husband and I just moved to the area and we absolutely love coming here for a special treat once in a while! We love the super kid and the salted caramel ice-cream flavours. The staff here is amazing and the ice-cream is delicious. We especially love when we stop by and are served by Kim, she always has just a positive attitude and always greets us with a smile and such kindness!
Very bad customer service. One of the employees was very rude especially the one who was serving the ice cream, unfortunately I will not be going to your store again. It was a bad experience!!
