After purchasing the regular milk chocolate bites, the hijabi girl dropped the bag, damaged it, and refused to give me a new 1 from the shelf. So rude and unacceptable. Awful service.
I love this place! The chocolate is rich and creamy and the variety is crazy good. Plus, the employees are so kind and helpful. Shout out to Levi who let us sample all the good stuff before we made our selections. Thank you!
Just had a terrible experience at Square One location! The male server was RACIST and super rude and insulting. I visited on Nov 5 around 7:45 pm while sampling was going on near the door. He gave me a tiny piece while refusing my friend a taste. As a regular, this is UNACCEPTABLE! Don't want to be insulted, especially at a place I love. The server needs serious customer service training. So disappointed!
I'm not sure if my dentist would be happy that I'm leaving a review for chocolate, because I've been visiting the square one dentist all this week! This is a lovely looking chocolate shop which has lots of chocolate options. I didn't get to eat there yet, however I was passing by and took photos! Located on the upper floor of the Square one shopping center this is located west or what you might call to the right of the food court! Maybe if you're really good you can follow your nose and smell the chocolate. They have many yummy options for chocolate as a gift or for yourself!
Whenever I go to Läderach, I will get amazed by the selection of chocolates they have. And plus their service, the knowledge their team has especially in Square one Mall location about their product line imazing and one of their member is Pavi who assisted me today in the selection. She went over the top and provided me with the best service they can provide till the very end.
The chocolat experience was flawless. The service was the best we have ever received friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. And the chocolate? Pure perfection. Rich, smooth, and clearly made with top-quality ingredient. Every bite was a reminder of why we will keep coming back. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.
I was so excited to see a Laderach branch open at Square One since I love the one at the Eaton Centre, but as soon as we stepped in I saw that the staff selling the chocolate barks weren't wearing protective masks. They were talking over the chocolates to other customers! Really gross and super disappointing..
