Had to place a last minute chocolate order early in the morning right after my newborn was born, and they were incredibly accommodating! They were so kind and understanding during such a special (and hectic) time. While I waited for my chocolate box, they even offered me a coffee - 5 stars for the coffee as well! Such a thoughtful touch. Truly grateful for their excellent service and warm hospitality!

We ordered chocolate for Eid. The presentation was good and the packaging was high quality. The chocolate was average and for the cost I expected something of a higher quality. Overall good experience, the owner was able to serve us well. I would not order again though just because of the cost. UPDATE: Owner reached out to us to offer compensation. We declined but we appreciated the thoughtfulness. +1 star for customer service!

The best chocolatier ever. The best customer service I experienced. Quick delivery. They answer quickly to your questions. They took time to discuss the designs with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them for your happy moments to be more happy. I wish I knew them earlier but it is never late :)
