Absolutely love this café! Their lattes are perfectly made, and the croissants are fresh, flaky, and delicious. The environment is quiet and peaceful, ideal to get some work done or just unwind. Definitely my new go-to café in Streetsville since Starbucks closed!
My partner and I ordered the Hojicha Latte and Dulce de Leche Iced Latte, and both were excellent! The coffee had a strong aroma, and the croissant pastry was delicious—flaky, layered, and wonderfully fragrant. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant.
The Bake and Brew is such a gem. My flat white was excellent and the fresh blueberry scone was perfect. It’s a small, intimate café with a warm vibe and really thoughtful coffee — something you don’t find elsewhere in the area. Highly recommend!

It’s really cute, I want to go here more often. I like how it’s located between the alley, like a secret cafe! I went with my boyfriend. The barista (who I think might’ve been the owner) was polite and made nice small talk. The coffee was really good, not watery or bitter.
I was really excited about a coffee shop opening up in Streetsville. Went there on a Sunday the staff were very nice but it was rather slow to get my coffee and a danish. But again maybe just give it some time. It's a new place To me I'm more disappointed about their hours of operation. Once I went there on a Monday and they were closed. Now today I went in again and now apparently they are closed on Wednesday. So I just find that being the only coffee ship in Streetsville they should try a bit harder and be open all 7 days a week or maybe close on Monday but a Wednesday ? Who will remember they are closed on Wednesdays. Just my thoughts I want them to do well but I think they could try a bit harder. Finally I think they need more signage could hardly find the place. No one will know it's here. Needs some signs on the main street.
