I usually drink coffee, but I tried their mocha bubble tea and it was surprisingly good! Rich flavour, fresh pearls, and the best service. Definitely coming back.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I visit, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. You can really tell they care about quality. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving bubble tea!
It was an amazing experience to have drinks from the Mo'cha bubble tea store . One of my friend has recommended this bubble tea store to me. I came to Canada to visit my brother and i asked him to take me to the MO'CHA BUBBLE TEA STORE, I had their mango smoothie and cotton candy ice cream it was amazing and there staff was very kind and warm welcoming. I loved the time i spent there.

Location says they open at 11am however it's 11:20am and they are still closed. This isn't the first time they haven't opened on time either. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. No point stating an open time when you can't stand by it.
This is my first time visiting this place and 100% will be my last. Milk tea tasted very watered down and had powdery pieces floating around at the bottom. It also had a strong artificial flavor to it and tapioca tasted very old and soft. Would definitely not recommend. There are a lot of other cheaper and better quality boba places out there!
