Place looks nice but that's about it. There are no flavours listed. There's only about 4 basic flavours. For some odd reason they're not on display like literally an other gelato and I've cream spot I had asked for 2 scoops for 2 flavours, and what I got was 2 half scoops. Literally anyone who's been to a gelato place knows how much you get with 2 scoops. I paid $10 for a tiny cup. The actual gelato was maybe 3/5 at most. Finally there was only 1 lady who was taksed with handling 2 separate areas, but luckily didn't have to wait long as there were no customers. Each time I've walked by its been empty and I'm starting to see why. Can't imagine this place staying open for long if they can't get the basics right.
Sign is hard to find do note inside a juice place combined person working wasn't in presence upon arrival then proceeded to inform me they were out of most flavors so salted caramel it was $6.77 for one scoop but it melted fast ....
I tried the latte and it was perfect the way I wanted. Didn’t need to explain too much. The service was top notch and the guy who serviced was very generous and gave us a couple of sample gelatos for free and the pistachio flavour I tried was very good (balanced and not too sugary). Must try if you are a coffee lover.
If you're looking for authentic Gelato this is the place for you. Super light and just the right amount of sweetness and so many flavours to boot. The young owners were very knowledgeable about all the flavours, coffee and matcha and were incredibly sweet and friendly. Definitely a great place to check out in Ridgeway for something fresh and light.
WOW THIS REMINDS OF ME THE GELATO I HAD IN ITALYY!! Also their strawberry matcha latte and coffee is very good! Definitely the best gelato and coffee place in the ridgeway plaza and Mississauga! 10/10 service too!
I stopped by Gelato Brew and was blown away! The matcha was absolutely delicious, so smooth and perfectly balanced. The gelato was just as amazing, creamy, and full of flavor. On top of that, the customer service was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
This gelato outlet has just opened up and while it’s not the only gelato place in the ridgeway plaza it definitely is one of the top ones. Since it’s new you would expect it to be packed but thankfully that’s not the case. Service was fast and smooth and staff extremely friendly- they recommended house favorites. Went there on peak eid night and the place was quiet- something so rare and beautiful in that plaza (only the OGs can relate). I would definitely be coming back to try their smoothies and other flavors. The gelato was nice, creamy and not that sweet which is refreshing because other gelato joints offer icecream loaded with sugar. Also since it’s new I guess they are very generous with quantity. So this is your cue to go try it out before it starts becoming difficult to step inside. Should be on your summer bucket list. Edit: May 2025. Still the best gelato in the plaza! I tried their Dubai chocolate and hazelnut and wow!!!! Will be my go to place this summer. Also their smoothies are delicious! Must try.
