This review is for the manager(s) and owners, not the people who work here. I think her name was Ren or Renne (girl w/ glasses) and she’s the only one working every time I come in. I don’t understand why management doesn’t schedule two people at once. This poor girl had 20+ chits backed up, Uber drivers giving her grief, and group walk ins ordering more. It was so overwhelming to see and I could only imagine how she felt. Not only is this a safety issue if anything were to happen to her, but there’s literally no way to crack out the number of orders in time. 5 stars to her for working through the shift, somehow pumping out drinks fast enough through it all. 0 stars if I could to this place for scheduling her to work alone, and don’t tell me you can’t afford to because you clearly make the volume in drinks to do so. Do better
Garbage boba, i visited this location on oct 15th, and i ordered the oreo galaxy. The boba was mushy, immediate lack of flavour and my stomach felt a bit off after consuming it. Ive had better bubble tea in 3rd world countries for $1 and this location charged $9. Absolutely vile.
Was here last night while on a bike ride. Ordered an icy strawberry yakult. Tasted nothing of yakult and what I thought was a slush was just a drink with crushed ice, very mediocre, but worst offence was how dirty this place was. The girl was going into a fridge which is why I looked back there and the wall definitely looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. The grime alone is why I will never go back.
I’ve been wanting to try their creme de la crème tea for a while now and finally got my hands on it. It was good. Not something exceptionally good but value for money and worth the visit.
I ordered the Taro Orea Tru Tea with taro tapioca as listed on the menu. Instead I received one with Lychee jelly. When I went back to the counter to let the girl know the topping was incorrect, the staff member insisted it was right. I pointed out that the menu says taro tapioca, and she responded that they don't even have taro tapioca - without acknowledging any mistake or offering an alternative. If an item isn't available, customers should be informed. Disappointing experience - I won't be coming back.
Dont know what's wrong with this place from last 3-4 weeks the quality and service of this store has gone so bad. Customer service is really really rude and bad . Regular customer here i hope management can fix this.
