✅ There’s a wide range of drinks to choose from, including bubble tea, coffee, and smoothies, and the drinks taste great ☕️ The prices are reasonableble matching it's quality I often buy the Pina Colada smoothie here, and even though I’ve tried it at many other places, this one is the best. The staff are friendly and have fast service. The only downside is that there’s no seating, just takeout only
I personally really love the boba here, as well as the prices! prices are good imo, especially compared to other boba places. Customer service is great as well :) Also, very fast service!
Tried twice, not good :( Came out of high praises from someone I know. First time I was disappointed as it did not live up to my expectations. Second time we ordered taro & Thai milk tea, both water downed and with a weird aftertaste. I’m disappointed because it is easily the lowest tasting bubble tea I’ve had. It’s a bit upsetting because this is the case for many non east Asian owned boba shops, however this one seems to be.. ❌ Watered down ❌ Old & weird aftertaste ✅ Boba pearls was a decent texture ✅ Workers were pleasant
This is the worst boba I have had.i got the mango smoothie boba and it only tasted artificial and they barley put any tapioca inside and it made my stomach hurt a lot after which never happens when I drink boba from other stores.
Customer service sucks (went there on August 8 around 3pmish) remove the girl who gives attitude about someone's order. She's there to work not complain about a customers choice of 50% or 100% sugar or speak in a condescending tone for no reason. We were regulars but after my kid nephews experience there no reason why we should spend money here when there are a thousand other places who wouldn't give such poor attitude. Mind you my nephew has manners. Still not a reason to take out your frustration from your own life just because your customer looks vulnerable. Seriously.
I enjoyed my cantaloupe smoothie that i bought, my daughter also enjoyed her cookie and cream smoothie. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is very kind and informative if you may have any questions. I would come again :)
I did not like the service and the boba that I bought. I was being nice to the cashier asking her to change the boba that I bought yesterday since it tasted awful and makes my mouth dry. So I decided to throw it out. However, they said that they cannot change it since I already drink and sip on it. How am I supposed to know that it tastes awful without drinking it?!!! It doesn't make sense. So I drank it and tasted it but it tasted awful. That's why I have to complain. If it tasted good, they're not going to hear from me and All I ask is to get a new one since I did not drink it at all. Not gonna come back here again. I don't like the service and they couldn't fix their customer complaint. I'm already upset since I spent money on buying that drink and not being able to drink it. A waste of money and not good customer service. Awful owner and cashier. Not going to buy here again and not coming back anymore. COCO FRESH more options and better milk teas. I don't recommend this place at all. Guys go buy at Coco Fresh. Their milk teas taste much better.
