Best bubble tea place ever! Staff are super kind and friendly, the croffles are amazing, and the selection of drinks and customization options are endless. So good, definitely give them a try!!

Amazing customer service paired with delicious drinks! On my recent visit, I was looking to switch up my drink and Vincent made the perfect recommendation for me. He was very knowledgeable and spoke about the different matcha drinks - what it pairs well with in terms of toppings with consideration for the sweetness as well as textures of the toppings. Was one of the best overall experiences at a Gong Cha I've had. I would highly recommend Hong Cha Dixie!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Drinks are delicious and came out quick. This is a tiny bubble tea spot so there is not any tables except a little bench in the front
Terrible. Ordered an Oreo chocolate smoothie. The girl put a dome lid on and the smoothie kept leaking everywhere on our hands and in the car. What kind of bubble tea place doesn’t have napkins? The straws were all sticky too. She was also rude. Store was too small and uncomfortable to stand in.
