As standard as other Kungfu tea locations. The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and have fast service. The Christmas tree has cute decorations
Showed up at the shop and was told "No" by some person sitting in the back. Essentially was told to go away even though the door was unlocked and it was during business hours. Very unprofessional.
The employee on two accounts was super short and rude to us when we were trying to figure out what to get - he did not like how many questions we were asking, and when we were asking about different toppings he was like “this is not a starbucks” and then made a joke about how it’s “a woman thing” that we were asking questions about the sweetness level. Overall very irritating experience- the last time he came the minute we stepped in he said “hurry up” because we came 10 min before closing. Not coming back here again.
Decided to try this bubble tea spot and it wasn’t so bad. Wasn’t the best but definitely wasn’t the worst. Ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea with Red Bean and although the red beans were a bit too mushy it tasted quite good. A little more attention to detail to the drink and it could easily by 5 stars. Would probably try again.
The drinks are great. The atmosphere is cozy. They have a lot of options, but man is the place slow. I think most bubble tea places need additional staff. They can also improve on being more friendly.
I love the drinks here. I just have a problem with the Matcha Egg Waffle. They advertise it as being green and matcha filled but it looks just like the vanilla one! As a Matcha lover this is very disappointing.
the service is very bad, i didn't get what i ordered and it was not as expected at all, i don't recommend going their, their is alot better places to try
