Not sure what happened to the quality. Haven't been here in 8 months. But I don't think I will ever come back. Just hot water with sugar and bubbles. Zero flavour

Just wanted to share the great experience I had at this Kung Fu Tea. I love bubble tea and had been to many places, this is definitely one of the best. Perfect balance of flavour. The service was also awesome, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

This place is decent. The location itself was mediocre, the floors were dirty, the chairs were stained, tables weren’t wiped. The wait time was long (it was Christmas Eve). This place has paper straws which is good for the environment. My brother ordered an Oreo flavour and it’s really good. Overall, not coming back.

The egg waffles are phenomenal which is literally the only reason I go there. They’re also super cheap. A lot of their drinks were hard disappointments for me but the taro slush with tapioca is nice. It’s the only drink I get there. And their tapioca is so delicious

After COVID the shop is never organized or clean :(. The products are amazing, the tea, the egg waffles are delicious but the atmosphere is not enjoyable.Also, the staff seems very very stressed and recently in a few occasions now, I have seen and experience not the best treatment to customers. They have been a little bit rude. They are always super fast and efficient but definitely need to pay attention to the atmosphere and the customer service.

I love their taro slush! I like to order online, get there and in less than 1 minute go out. The place is very nice but very small. But the service is great and the best thing is that you don't have to wait for 5 or 10 min if you order online.
