I had an amazing experience at Coco Bubble Tea, and it was all thanks to Brian! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and was super helpful in explaining the different drink options. I went with his recommendation, and it was the best bubble tea I've ever had. Brian's friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back, and I hope Brian is there to make my next drink!
Had an amazing experience here last night. Richard was very professional and friendly, and he helped make the visit feel really pleasant. He prepared the drink quickly and it tasted perfect — great flavour and consistency. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is attentive and polite. 5 stars!
great service :) i had forgot to order tapioca in my drink and the lady still added it in afterwards! their mango green tea is my favorite. always a go to place for me
Bad service and terrible drink compare to other coco. Bought 2 mango smoothie, they put half blender of ice, put some cream and 3 pumps of syrups, the product come out totally ice. Do not come to this location really poor quality drink and bad service
I always love coming to CoCo! Their drinks are super refreshing, and they have such a great variety — from classic milk teas to fruity slushes. The pearls are always chewy and fresh, and I like that I can customize the sugar and ice level exactly how I want.
Busy but the young lady behind the counter worked hard to fill all the orders. He was very patient with a couple of customers who had crazy questions and requests. It’s my first time here and it was a good experience. I’ve seen other staff working hard also. Good bubble tea selection and they were able to customize for my needs.
The system broke down but they could take order manually for 2 customers before me but denying to serve me while I’ve been waiting there? Like taking another order would make any chance? Customer service must be improved.
