Today I ordered the Matcha Berry Latte, but it wasn’t really not good for my taste. However, my favorite drink is Brown sugar boba tea it is really good? I really like it? One thing I always wondering about why so many drinks are always sold out when i order on kiosk every time i visit.. But boba tea always best~~?
I ordered a Chunky Mango Slush with 30% sugar. But it came up with a milky mago juice with 100% sugar. Tastes very bad. I never had this experience with other locations Coco before. This one is very disappointed. And waste my money.
i usually have a good experience here but i recently went in an ordered a brown sugar milk tea (as i always have done the exact same way) and the guy made it with jasmine milk instead. I never noticed and took a sip and realized it wasn’t what i ordered. I went in and asked him about it and he remade it but he asked me to pay for it. I asked him if he could subtract the difference cause in my mind why did i have to pay for something that wasn’t made right in the first place. He said because they already made it and i sipped it they wouldn’t refund me. I ended up paying again and walked out because i hate to cause a scene. This guy seemed new because i’ve never seen him before but i wont be coming back again and i wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’ve never had this problem before but the fact that this happened once is enough. I won’t come to a place where if they’re wrong i have to pay double lol. Go to the Heartland location instead.
CoCo at Golden Square Centre is my go-to spot for bubble tea! I usually get the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Jasmine Milk Tea — both are consistently delicious and perfectly sweet. They also offer seasonal specialty drinks like oolong tea and a wide variety of other options, which keeps things interesting. I’ve noticed their prices are more affordable than many competitors, which is a big plus. Service is always polite and quick, and there's a convenient window from the B-Trust supermarket into the store — super handy if you're craving bubble tea while shopping. Highly recommend this location!
Usually pretty quick and the staff are nice EDIT: was there around 12pm and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I felt so bad about altering the drink but the barista was so understanding and made two drinks within 3 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal
Terrible experience. I ordered 5 drinks and they ran out of trays but refused to give me a bag. I asked her how I was supposed to carry out the drinks without a bag or a tray and she told me to carry the drinks out one by one…. Is it the customers fault for the business to not be stocked with trays for customers to carry out their drinks A business should be fully stocked for their customers and if they aren’t, they should have an alternative solution that is not to the cost of the customer especially if they are buying 5 Large drinks. Train your employees better.
4 years ago, the store has very friendly staffs, but not now. Yesterday I went to the store to buy the drinks. 2 mango Matcha lattes 1 berry Matcha latte. The taste is so awkward. Three drinks for $24, after tax. It's not worthy!! 1. Coco Matcha used to be my favorite. However the Matcha I got was too light I couldn't taste any matcha flavor. I guess they changed the matcha powder. You couldn't taste any Matcha. 2. I request last ice. However the one I got just so many ices there. Still I couldn't taste any matcha. 3. I can taste the mango chunks and berry jam are very good, but the recipe just so weird it doesn't taste good together. 4. Everything just taste too light but the sugar.
