Honestly I always love drinks here but this location tonight was a little disappointing. Of course it would be busy on a Saturday evening and they only had one employee there to take orders and make drinks. Totally not her fault at all but this is too much for one person. It took around 15 minutes to get my one milk tea drink after ordering. Even after finally getting my drink it was made wrong will full sugar when I asked for 30% . Again I just assume the girl was overwhelmed but management needs to schedule more people in on a weekend night.
Had very bad experience I ordered large matcha milk tea and the half of the cup was filled with ice , not expecting this kind of service plus the matcha was not well prepared . Love cha time matcha but this location disappointed me .
Jaden/Jayden at this location is amazing and great at customer service . He served me drink 1 minute past closing time. Amazing folks and I love this location so far. Hats off to him !!
It's nice... but whya re half of their drinks out of stock Take them off the menu if you don't have the iron goddess or whatever. Thankfully the normal black and green teas taste amazing and they actually understand the words "less toppings"
I’m really upset with Cha Time. I ordered a bubble tea that was advertised with crema, but when I received my drink, there was no crema at all. It's frustrating to pay for something that was advertised and not get what you were promised. It’s disappointing to see such poor attention to detail, the drink now taste like water and it's going to the garbage, GARBAGE Service. Oh and I wanted less ice and of course they put more ice, the reason why that drink tasted even more like water, where was your head? You whom is taking the order or making the drink? Aghhhhh this is frustrating!!!!
Went for a quick stop to try their new seasonal caramel Gingerbread milk tea, and it was amazing! Met Jaden at the counter who made the drink really well and also guided me about the tarts that I should try. Lovely quick break for me.
Service was okay. It took a bit longer to get our drinks but it was busy so I understood. What I don't understand is why they only allowed 50 and 100% for brown sugar drinks. I've been to other Chatimes and they had 30% as a option. 50% was way too sweet and I had a hard time drinking it.
