I love going to this place but I always notice consistent issues with the drinks I get. I usually get the same drink each time, but it’s made differently everytime I get it. Today, I asked for a strawberry smoothie, and the lady gave me a mango one. Even after I told her that it’s not what I ordered she insisted that I said mango when I did not! I didn’t even wanna put up a fight with her bc she is an older lady and is typically kind. But these inconsistencies and lack of accountability have rubbed me the wrong way :(

Service was a little slow but I don’t mind that. I ordered a small peach bubble tea and got maybe 10 boba pieces in my drink. Didn’t even cover the bottom of the cup. I won’t be going back. Bad experience.

I ordered a water melon juice for my kid. the juice was made from stale fruit pieces; we can feel the taste once we keep it in our mouth. I complained it to them immediately, but they were not ready to accept it. Disappointed in the service and the items they store and serve

I was craving a smoothie so bad. Got the pina colada and holy moly chicken cannoli, it was the best pina colada smoothie I ever had!!!! I couldn’t stop drinking it. It wasn’t too sweet and the flavours were so fresh omg. I’m going back today because I keep craving it so bad and it’s all I can think of!!
