We were looking for something exclusive but not very expensive for myself and my son to wear at my daughter’s wedding. The multiple trips from Ottawa where we live to boutiques in Toronto were proving futile, the outfits were beautiful but seem to be repetitious at the core. Then we landed at Bombay Trendz and in one afternoon, we found just what we were looking for. What made the experience extra special was how invested Karan was in our vision. Of course, he wanted to sell the outfits but more importantly he wanted to understand what we wanted and worked with us to grasp the ambience of the events and suggest designs that would complement the occasion. The entire experience starting from selection of the outfits, alterations and delivery before time was extremely professional and pleasant. We came shopping for outfits but we also built a relationship in the bargain.
Amazing outfits and amazing customer service. Both brothers and mother there are so friendly and caring. They took care of our wedding/reception/sangeet outfits in a timely manner and with perfect alterations. Definitely recommend!! 10/10
I had a great experience working with Karan & Rohan. From meeting them at the Montreal Shaadi Show to visiting there show room and going ahead with ordering my wedding sherwani. We tailored the sherwani to work with the vision I had and it came out great! They were a one stop shop to get my whole outfit. I decided to also get my reception tuxedo with them. They had lots of options and I was able to work with them to customize it exactly how I wanted. They managed to get everything done within my timeframe, as it was cutting it close to the date and provided great communication while the outfits were being made. Both outfits got many compliments!
