I purchased my wedding dress here and I honestly regret it. I don't feel that my consultant really knew what I was looking for and I don't feel that she offered me any guidance. I wanted to try an array of dresses just to make sure I found the dress I was looking for and she said "I feel like you're looking for sparkle" and took the plain dress I had requested to try on away. I left in kind of a daze and regretted my dress purchase the next morning (but of course, there was nothing I could do at that point). When I went in to pick up the dress, it was a disaster. The dress didn't fit, no help was offered, and the sample dress I'd tried in the same size was conveniently "on loan to their sister store", Avenue 22. I really just want to sell my dress and veil now and find a new one somewhere else.
Montana was AMAZING in helping me find my dress! Montana was really patient, kind and went above and beyond to help me find my dress. There was a dress I saw at AV Bridal's sister company that I wanted to try on. Montana was able to have that same dress shipped to the store so I can try it on with my other final options. When I received my dress order as well, sizing was pretty much perfect. Would definitely recommend AV Bridal (and especially Montana) for your wedding dress!!

10/10 Experience!! After trying on countless dresses at numerous stores.. I was FINALLY able to find my dream wedding dress at AV Bridal.
