I had a great experience at this shop! I explained right away that I wasn’t buying since I’m not from the area and was only looking, but the staff still took the time to help me. The seller was genuinely passionate, very knowledgeable, and gave me honest advice for my future bike purchase. It’s rare to meet people who are so welcoming and willing to share their expertise without pushing for a sale. Highly recommend this shop if you want real passion and honest advice!
It’s been a pleasure to become a customer of Via Ciclante. Ordered a new mountain bike from them in 2021, when bikes and parts are far and few between. They made the whole process seamless from buying the bike, to the attentive fitting, and ordering parts. If you don't have thousands to spend on a bike forget them. I needed service on three bikes, tried to support local but my bikes weren't up to their calibre, ie not name brand. Im sorry but an inner tube is an Inner tube. Clearly you don't support or represent the community you operate in. In a pandemic where bikes are scarce, you would think they'll help the little guy. Steer clear.
Great bike shop with friendly staff. My bike had a small problem while I was on the road and I stopped by. They immediately fixed it free of charge as I didn't have my wallet.
I recently took a rear wheel in for repairs. The issue (as I described) was that when pedaling, the gears spun but no longer caught or drove the wheel. Via Ciclante mechanic took the wheel and replaced the gears...but when I got home and got it back on the bike, I still had the same issue.
