I went in here for a minor issue and the guy in the shop dealt with it and then sent me on my way. I asked let me pay for your time and he says no it was only a quick fix and I was happy to help you don't get this customer service shopping online. I would visit the shop again no problem.

I bought my Norco commuter bike here and Doug, who helped me pick it out, was very friendly and knowledgeable. However when I got the bike home and rode it, the brakes were making loud squeaky noises. I thought I needed to wear them in but after a month it did not improve so I decided to take it in to get it checked out. The bike tech initially wanted to charge me for cleaning the brake pads but when I mentioned that the bike was practically brand new, him and Owen waived the charge. They ended up replacing the brake pads altogether. The brakes work smoothly and silently now which makes me super happy. Thank you Owen and all the bike techs who helped to fix my bike!

I just got my tyre and tube replaced for e bike these guys are professional they recommended me best thing for my bicycle thank you cycle path for your service appreciated

Had a great experience getting a rocky mountain bike on sale here. Everyone there made it a good experience. Owen was really helpful and hooked it up! Much appreciated!

Great service, very nice and kind people. Even though they didn’t fix my ebike for various reasons but they told me how to do it, and provided me with the correct tool. And I was able to fix it myself!

They didnt even tighten the screws on my brake after tuning them. Brake pad rubbing even worse after tuning. Not sure why this happened at all. Edit: I sent my e-bike to another shop last week. The guys there told me they did some work to the rear disc brake that "should have been done". Now the disc brake/pads looks and feels so much better. Also, i didnt know my bike has a freewheel system instead of cassettes. Cuz i have 2 bikes. This one is an e-bike, and the other one is a regular hardtail. The other one uses casseste so i thought they are the same. So i purchased a cassette from Amazon, asking them to replace the old one with that. Technicians at Cyclepath simply told me that they couldnt take it off and put on the new cassette i bought. And told me that maybe i can go to an e-bike store for the rear hub. Ofc u cant mount a cassette on a freewheel hub, or remove freewheels using cassette tools. It has nothing to do with e-bike or whatsoever. You could have let me know that so I would bought a freewheel instead. I dont mind waiting or paying for extra as long as we get the problems solved. But instead, 1. disc brake rubbing is worse after "tuning". 2. didnt even mention that we need a freewheel not a cassette. I was confused at first why it couldnt be taken off. Based on my experience, comparing to other bike guys/shops i've visited before, this one feels not as professional. And the technicians are definitely not that knowledgeable. Wouldnt recommend any complex work to be done here or any e-bike related stuff. Thx to another bike shop, now i can be back on road again.

I bought a bike trainer for myself and a Rocky Mountain Soul 20 bike for my son today. The service Brian and his crew provide is top notch. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Couldn't be happier.
