To fix a 3mm deep 2cm wide dent on the rear fender, YST drilled a hole from behind without permission, saying need back side access. This was unnecessary and introduced rust risk. YST also did not restore the hole.
The repairs were perfect, the staff were lovely and super helpful with every part of the repair and I could not be happier. Needing repair and dealing with insurance is such a stressful thing. But at no point did I ever have any stress or worries when getting repairs for my Elantra with the YST Auto body. The replaced light, internal repair and painting were all top notch. I would not be interested in going anywhere else. Thanks so much YST!

Both of them were very professional and took time to explain in details how the repair process will be like. The job was completed on time. The repair work was excellent. We had damaged our car bumper pretty bad in our garage and after some research we decided to take our car to YST Auto Body, Mississauga. Starting from the inspection till final delivery, I never felt anything negative about my experience. They helped us apply for the insurance, get a rental car, gave us a practical timeline which they adhered to. All the interactions were warm, honest yet practical. Terrible customer service, specially by a person named Curt*. Brought my car twice to get a quote. Was told they will message when part is found. Messaged twice, read it but did not reply. What a joke of a place... if you dont want to do the work, simply just say it instead of wasting peoples time... Would never suggest anyone to go here or recommend. Stay away!

If you need some repair work done to your car, THIS is the place to start your search. While moving my grandparents, I ended up scraping my rear bumper horribly along the concrete in a garage. There were dents and deep scrapes down to the metal. When I took it to a couple of other local garages, I got a quoted almost $5000 for the repair without really explaining why. Then I found YST here and went in for a quote. Peter took a look at the bumper, as well as the housing on my side view mirror, which someone thwacked with a grocery cart in a parking lot and cracked. Immediately, he quoted me a FRACTION of the price for the bumper, and called around to see if he could find a spare housing for my mirror (which I'd previously been quoted $2100 to fix). Long story short, he found one, and the total cost for both repairs came to well under HALF what other garages were looking to charge. I picked up my car today and could NOT be happier! The bumper and mirror are flawless, and the paint job is perfect match, irrespective of the light or angle you look from. You can tell the team at YST care about their work, and they're not looking to gouge you like other places, and they're not arrogant or standoffish like some garages can be. They just want to do right by their customers, and considering how many options there are where that's not the case, YST is a standout, and I've already recommended them to people who need some work done. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I could not be happier with their results.
