Stressful experience. After an accident insurance company suggested me to take my car to be fixed at fix Auto Mississauga The staff, besides lying to my insurance company. It's a real pain in the butt. I will never ever again take my car there and I will not recommend anyone to have their car serviced at fix Auto Mississauga
After an accident insurance company suggested me to take my car to be fixed at fix Auto Mississauga 3 weeks later I have not seen my car so I can't comment on that but I and can comment on customer service the front desk the receptionist no complaints, She is an absolute angel, polite and professional The manager, besides lying to my insurance company. It's a real pain in the butt. I will never ever again take my car there and I will not recommend anyone to have their car serviced at fix Auto Mississauga Be ready to be ripped off and to be given all the excuses in the book for them to not do the work or to charge you an arm and a leg They charged the insurance company $375 for one tire. That retail price is $216 I could keep going on and on but I'm stopping here. Just be aware
I had to take my car in for a little fender bender, they were quick,polite and did a fantastic job!! Even gave my car a wash!! Thank you to the team at Fix Auto!
This experience was impressive!!! From start to finish...Amy at Reception made the process very easy, the gentleman who took photos and assessed the vehicle, the other lady in the office (sorry, I didn't ask their names) they all were caring and super professional. The finish on the vehicle was well done, looks brand new!! Thank you all very much.
I took my SUV in for warranty work and I can't recommend this place more. From start to finish Amy was hands down the best customer service representative I have ever come across. Exactly the type of person you want dealing with your customers. Fix Auto is lucky to haver her. They took care of my car and the work that was redone was amazing. I would recommend this place for any bodywork.
Insurance job, Work was done very well and coordinated with rental car company nicely . It was a little “assembly - line’ish “ and you have to stick to your appointment .Emily was fantastic and made the experience nice ! .
My car was fixed here after a hit and run claim..facing issues with my car ever since it was handed back to me. Been following up with them for more than a month now with no results!! Absolutely disappointed!!!
