Wow great experience. It was quick, efficient, you could watch your car on a large screen, and everyone there was very polite!! I’m bringing all my cars there, yearly.
Very friendly staff, the receptionist Dacia helped me feel at ease when explaining about the drills and plugs that would be placed along the inner doors. Very knowledgeable, it was my first time here I will definitely be back next year!
Just brought my Tahoe here for the first time and WOW, what an impressive team! From the professional front end staff to the team in the back. What a nice group and great work. They explain everything, washed the truck after and even provided great coffee in their clean customer waiting area. Definitely will be back with my other vehicles. Thank you Krown Team!
They forgot to re instal some plugs they removed to spray. Didn’t take taillights out to spray and previous did install inner rocker plugs had to go back to get it taken care of. When I called about inner plugs on rocker guy was clueless about it no knowledge of how to apply product and where they do. It’s really 50/50 shot if it get done right
Nice & clean office & great view on TV of the work location, enjoying complimentary coffee. Staff Dacia (I think) was very patient & cooperative, guinding well with after work precautionary tips. Appt# timings were well kept.

My 4-day-old 2025 with 200km Mazda cx-30 passenger door damaged due to drilling. Hole was made too close to the side which in turn grazed and dented the inside panel. The dent can be felt while applying your fingers against it. I suspect within time this whole side panel will rust if not addressed. Totally unsatisfied and frankly, appalled due to the lack of attention applied and used in performing the necessary holes to apply the oil application on a brand new car. I'm not sure even how this is possible,but it happened. UPDATE: The owner/operator Lisa, acknowledged the damage and was on top of everything in terms of repairs from day 1 . She felt extremely and sincerely upset that this accident even happened. She arranged for my car to get repaired at her cost at a factory authorized repair center,and yes, Lisa did follow through with everything including car rental. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the repairs done by ACG automotive on Atlantic Avenue in Mississauga. ( See my review on them ) Overall I will still be using Krown for my rust proofing needs in the future. So initially I gave Krown one star review but bumped it to a three star review following the outcome of the repairs - Like I said, extremely satisfied with the repair outcome.
