Disappointed overall. When I first walked into the store, I was ignored for 3 minutes without an acknowledgement. The customer service was not the best as others have echoed. That's fine. the guy finally acknowledges me and goes and appraise my car. He had this vibe of laughing at me because I tried to repaint my car. And he looked really reluctant to take me on as a customer because it's alot of work to repaint entire car? And then he took down my number and said he will call me for a more accurate price after taking pictures, and he never did. I think they may be good at what they do but customer service is definitely not their strong point.
Went to Fix Auto after my car was sideswiped. They did an amazing job repainting the car and switching out any parts that were too damaged. Was quoted two weeks for all the work to be done, given a rental similar to my car for the entire time and they actually finished a few days ahead of what they quoted. A trim panel had not stuck properly, went back after a month and they fixed it up instantly with no issues. Thank you to Ethan and Samer for their great customer service.

My truck looks better now than it did prior to my accident. This body shop went above and beyond with every little detail with the repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff are very professional and the body shop is very clean and organized. A special thanks to Milo and Sam, their knowledge and professional is a standard that all body shops should follow.
I was very impressed with the level of service. I had to replace a moulding around the grill of my car. They ordered the part and it came within the week. Finished everything in a couple of hours. They even gave my car a quick rinse and put my seat back. So courteous!
