Terrible experience. Workers are rude and mechanic jacked up prices for such a small fix. Would not recommend. Do yourself a favour and find another mechanic.
Truly amazing shop, they did a total restoration on my 05 Peterbilt 379 (Project Most Wanted) I’ve been owner operator for 20 years and those guys went beyond my expectations with the quality of work and their knowledge. Family environment competitive prices very hard to find these days. Highly recommend. You guys will see Project Most Wanted everyday on 401.
Do Not use them for anything!!! BANDITS!!!!!!! They took advantage of someone just in an accident and didn't know the process and was still shook up over it. You guys are supposed to be the professionals ask the right questions. Instead just have the car towed from Durham region to Mississauga was told it wouldn't cost anything. We were friends and that's what friends do. They help RIGHT?! not in this case. We ended up with a charge of 750.00 + then they had it towed to Bolton and was asked for another 300.00 or they owned the car "ownership or no ownership" were the words used. We couldn't even get money for the scrap because they wouldn't release the car.This was NEVER relayed to us either!!! BANDITS they are. We had to walk away from the car after all that because we could not afford an additional 300.00. If friends are treated this was just imagine how they treat people they don't know!! Shop around and stay away from MATHESON COLLISION!!!
My husband and I came in for a minor repair. Purpled hair woman at reception was a bit sarcastic - Perhaps we caught her on a bad day? The gentleman however working on the quotes and repairs are very friendly, reasonable. Convenient location, easy to find. Felt honest.
