Pathetic Service — They Broke More Than They Fixed. I took my Nissan Versa to this shop because the driver-side door wouldn’t open from the outside. Instead of fixing it, they somehow managed to make the situation even worse. After they “worked” on it, the door stopped opening from the inside too — something that was perfectly fine before. To make it even more frustrating, they didn’t tell me any charges upfront. They simply said “bring the car in,” with no clear estimate or transparency. Once I arrived, they spent nearly an hour messing around with the door, taking panels apart, and changing their story every few minutes. First, they said a wire had “slipped out of position.” Then, 30 minutes later, suddenly something was “broken.” By the end, they claimed the central locking system wasn’t working at all. After all that, the car was returned to me in a completely broken condition, worse than how I brought it in. When I asked them to at least put the car back to the condition it was in originally, they said they couldn’t. That alone tells you everything about their skill level. And after causing all this chaos, they demanded $100 for the mess they created. I had to argue just to bring it down to $50 — which I still ended up paying just to get my car back. The communication was terrible, the workmanship was sloppy, and the entire experience was nothing but stress and disappointment. I trusted them with a simple repair, and they turned it into a bigger, more expensive headache. I honestly regret ever stepping into this place. If you value your time, your money, and your car, stay far, far away from this shop.
Would not recommend going to this sexist shop if you are a woman. Went to get a quote on some side damage on our car with my sister. We showed him the damage and he immediately looked straight at my sister and said “you did this, didn’t you? Not him.” And starts accusing her of hitting a pole. How it happened also does not impact the price, so not sure how it was relevant. Price was reasonable but getting pretty sexist vibes. Proceed with caution.
Extremely Professional work and quick. I got into an accident 2 weeks ago and picked up car today. You wouldn’t be able to tell that the car was even in an accident. Shahzad and Samir were extremely respectful people and really good at their job. Definitely recommend this place to everyone
I had body work done on both front side doors of my car, and I’m honestly very impressed. The color match was perfect you can’t even tell there was any damage! The quality of work was insane the price was fair, and they completed everything on time just as promised. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommended if you want great service and results!

I took my car in for a minor scratch repair to the bumper and fender. The owner was so friendly and welcoming at first and gave me a reasonable price. I gave him the job once he was finished all of a sudden his attitude changed and the work needed was way worse then he quoted when he fully examined the vehicle. he claimed he needed to replace the bumper and fender and told me it would be going from $800 to $4200. I was shocked! He hadn’t given me any paper work so I was stuck, he was holding my car hostage and police said it was a civil matter. He basically extorted me to pay or pay hefty storage penalties. I had to pay him to get my car back. I’m considering legal action. Use at your own risk.
