These guys are absolutely amazing. They go over and above what was expected.Had a glass issue. Was fixed same day had a back latch issue. Fixed same day plus a full detail on my car. I was ecstatic. I highly recommend the service this company provides. Very friendly staff and complementary cappuccino!!! Five stars all the way.
Had work done July 2022 from a truck side-swipe. Panel required PDR, alignment, and paint. Panel looks totally fine until you get under it beside the bumper. Misalignment due to improper remounting or PDR work, however spacing is not matching on both sides of the vehicle. Didnt notice until Jan 2024 that rust was beginning to form in this area as the bumper is much to close to the fender and is rubbing. Should NOT be happening with a panel that was rust free before the collision. I have been told by my insurance, quoted from this exact shop, "rust protection must be applied every 6 months". Absolute joke. No one will tell you to get rust protection every 6 months on a new car. Krown Rust protection, fkr example, will warranty the rust on your car indefinitely provided you do YEARLY rust protection. Why is a shop recommending 6 months, then outright denying any wrongdoing when the panel begins to rust and the paint fails, and the body work was skimped? TD insurance simply agreed with the shop based on this statement. Do not go here if you want a real lifetime warranty (as explained by both ths shops invoice and insurance). They will wiggle out of it by telling you to get rust protection in April, then again in October (6 months between snowfalls... Lol). Absolute joke. Will be filing a BBB complaint and escalating internally. Car is a 2000 Mercedes CLK that was rust free (aside from the driver door, already repaired) until this point. Should be ashamed.
The staff were very friendly. The car was ready in the time they said it would be ready. They cleaned the inside of the car which was a surprise. My experience was very enjoyable.
Incredible service they provided for me and made me feel ease throughout the whole process always following up. They are trustworthy and very professional. People are nice, but considering they’re getting paid by insurance and get to charge what they want the process was hardly as smooth as it could have been. I was told to bring it in on Friday night so they could get started Saturday, but they didn’t start till Monday and then it dragged out till Friday when I got an email from the insurance company saying it was ready for pickup and I brought my brother in to get the car and showed up to find out they were not in fact ready and we needed to come back end of day.
Carstar always served me immediately and repaired my car to full perfection. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me organize a tow truck. The prices are very reasonable and the car looks perfect, like brand new, after repair.
