I had an excellent experience at Aviva Auto Care Center, Mississauga North. They did fantastic work on my car repairs, including retouching and changing the bumper. The quality of the workmanship is superb, and I'm really satisfied with the service. The staff was professional and efficient. I highly recommend them! Bonus: Even after a month of repairs, when I asked for touch-up paint to cover a stone chip, they gave it to me free of cost.

Avoid this place. Took my brand new car (under 2500 KMs in ODO) to this place, after being recommended by Aviva during the claim initiation process. My car had damages on left side doors and both have to be replaced. After replacement, started hearing air noise near the B-Pillar when the speed is more than 80Kms. Took the car multiple times back to this center but every time they did an eyewash job and handed over to me stating they worked on it. Even after admitting that they had quality issues during the first repair, they later changed their statement that nothing is wrong with the car. Till date, I am hearing the noise and regret my decision to trust this place for my car repair. Recommend Aviva insurance, as claim handling was good and no hassle but I would avoid this repair place at all cost in the future. *Poor Workmanship* *Avoid This place at all cost* * Take your car to the manufacturer dealer*
Becareful dealing with these scammers/looters, they will try to make you sign a form to get your vehicle fixed from them, i was sent here by my insurance company aviva, who mentioned i need to take my truck to get pictures taken of my damage and then they will reach out to me to ask if i want to proceed the work in truck, I went here and the individual said i need to sign a form stating i will also get work done from them… which is not the case and my adjuster was shocked to hear that as well. Please avoid this place at all cost, also REVIEW WHAT YOU SIGN BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.
Both front doors of my SUV MAZDA CX5 were badly damaged during the collision. I can barely open the doors on the passenger side. On the driver side, the door was making a loud sound because of the big dent. The Aviva insurance, which is my auto insurance referred Aviva Autocare Centre, located at Maingate Drive, to repair the car. We waited 3 weeks for the repair. The insurance provided a car rental from the Enterprise. As soon as we surrender the car for repair, Aviva autocare centre called Enterprise right away for car rental. The Mazda is like a brand new car when it was repaired. No traced of damaged.
